As our commissioner, Tim hasn’t won a championship since 2000 and believe it or not, technology could be one of the main reasons. While others have had technology at their fingertips during the draft, as commissioner, Tim has had to deal with keeping track of the draft and trying to utilize the online tools at the same time. That has hampered his ability to focus on his draft and his seasons have suffered. However, Tim is one of the first guys to offer trades. Even during winning seasons and when things are going in his favor, he is not afraid to approach someone with a trade. Rarely does he make a trade that teams think are unfair.

Tim will once again rise to the top, but unless he does better draft preparation, he may have to do it based on astute trades and free agent pickups.

He also has a really hot wife.
