Scouting Report
It is well know that Glenn does not participate much in free agency. Instead, he pefers to develop his players from the draft. With this mindset, he directs his scouting department to concentrate on the draft, which he does very well.
Lately, Glenn has veered away from his drafting philosophy of choosing QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, K, D with first 8 picks. Due to mounting pressure from AJ to win another BBFFL championship and his lackluster performance for the last 6 years, Glenn has mixed up his draft and free agent strategy
Very patient owner. Will give under-performing players leeway in hopes of returning to former glory. This has helped in some circumstances but also has hindered in improving during the course of the year.
